NATIVE HEALTH provides a wide range of dental services for adults and children including:

Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Call or come in for same day appointments for registered patients Monday through Thursday, 8:00-10:00 a.m. and 1:00-3:00 p.m. daily. Free transportation is available in the Phoenix metropolitan area (Higley to Surprise) on a pre-arranged basis. Assistance with dental insurance is available through our Alternative Resource Representative. For more information please call (602) 279-5262.
Effective July 1st, 2009, our Dental Clinic has a new fee policy change. With the exception for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe, all Native American adults who do not have dental insurance coverage or are not covered under a tribal dental program will be charged $50.00 for the initial visit to set up the treatment plan.
