In 1978, the Native American Community Health Center was started with a small nursing grant. Since that time, the Native American Community Health Center, Inc. (dba NATIVE HEALTH) has been successfully providing primary medical, dental, WIC, wellness and behavioral health services to urban Native Americans in the Phoenix metro area. To date, we have served more than 100,000 individuals in their quest to attain quality care. In 2008 we served over 12,000 individuals which resulted in more than 68,000 visits. Your support matters!
