NATIVE HEALTHâ€™s Free Drive Thru Flu Shot Clinic will make it possible for you to roll in, roll up a sleeve, and receive a flu shot safely and quickly while remaining in your vehicle. Just register online at: https://www.nativehealthphoenix.org/flu-shot-registration-form

Shots are available for infants over 6 months old. Special flu shots for adults over the age of 65 are also available. Please wear clothing that is loose around the arm so you can roll up your sleeve easily.
