The bright pink fruits of Prickly Pear Cacti are in abundance in late summer here in the Sonoran Desert. During this FREE virtual workshop ethnobotanist Chris Luna will walk us through identifying, respectfully harvesting, and processing these fruits. The fruit of prickly pear are edible treats and can also be juiced.
