Indigenous Wellness Camp

NATIVE HEALTH Indigenous Wellness Camp provides urban American Indian/Alaska Native youth (ages age 9-12) the knowledge about health and wellness and the connection to culture.

NATIVE HEALTH is entering its 18th year offering urban AI/AN youth (age 9-12)  a fun outdoor camping experience, while also providing education on the importance of nutrition, movement, self-esteem, mindfulness, and cultural activities. Three meals as well as two snacks with healthy drinks will be provided. The Indigenous Wellness Camp is a place for safe, wholesome fun, and learning. 

The dates will be Monday, June 8 through Friday, June 12, 2020 at Mingus Mountain – 8500 West Forest Service Road #104, Prescott Valley, AZ.
