Blue Corn Wellness

Join us for an evening of self-care on Wednesday, April 23 at 5:30 p.m. at NATIVE HEALTH Mesa!  Make a face or lip scrub with traditional blue corn while learning about self-care and mindful breathing.

For Indigenous families with children 13 and over.

All supplies will be provided.
