NATIVE HEALTH can also help you apply for KidsCare. KidsCare is a free or low cost health insurance for families that meet income requirements. This covers medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Families can qualify for KidsCare by providing a photo ID, proof of income, and Certificate of Indian Blood or Tribal ID (if applicable), and Arizona residency.
