NATIVE HEALTH accepts all AHCCCS plans including American Indian Health Plan (AIHP). Evening and weekend virtual appointments available. For more information email: enasingoetewa@nachci.com. NATIVE HEALTH accepts many private insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Cigna and many others. Please ask us for more information. NATIVE HEALTH also accepts Medicare at NATIVE HEALTH Central and NHW Community Health Center.
NATIVE HEALTH can also help you apply for KidsCare. KidsCare is a free or low cost health insurance for families that meet income requirements. This covers medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Families can qualify for KidsCare by providing a photo ID, proof of income, and Certificate of Indian Blood or Tribal ID (if applicable), and Arizona residency. To become a new patient of NATIVE HEALTH you must register and complete all necessary paperwork at the time of your first appointment. We accept AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid), private insurance and we offer a Discount Fee Program

Please plan on arriving 45 minutes early for your first scheduled appointment. You may print out and complete the registration forms prior to your first scheduled appointment. If you have any previous medical records, immunization records, or are taking any medications please bring them to your appointment.
