Indigenous Young Chefs in the Kitchen

Kindergarten Boot Camp

Kindergarten Boot Camp is a free, once weekly, seven-week program for you and your 2024 kindergartener. Learn the skills your child will need to be successful in school. Light snacks will be provided. This program is in collaboration with Phoenix Public Library.

 

 

Read it and Eat

Read it and Eat is a monthly program that provides early literacy opportunities and introducing families to healthy, affordable, easy cooking lessons, story time, crafts and families take home a bag of groceries. This program offered once monthly at NATIVE HEALTH Central, NHW Community Health Center, and NATIVE HEALTH Mesa. Past recipes have included Cantaloupe Salsa, Zucchini Cranberry Zoodle Slaw, Healthy Banana Splits, Three Sisters Salad, Blue Corn Nachos, Blue Corn Cookies, and more. This program is funded by Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust and has been recognized nationally. Watch our Events Page or our social media sites (Facebook/Instagram) for upcoming dates!

Home Visiting Programs

NATIVE HEALTH has various home visiting programs including Health Start, Home Visiting, and LAUNCH, for families with children birth through eight years of age.
