Chiropractic Services

We are excited to announce that we are now offering chiropractic services at our NATIVE HEALTH Central Avenue and NATIVE HEALTH Mesa locations. Chiropractic services will be available at NHW Community Health Center starting in July!

Services include:

Muscle and Joint Pain Relief
Adjustments
Therapeutic Exercise
Thorough Examinations
Movement Assessments
Injury Prevention

AHCCCS and Medicare patients accepted. Up to 20 visits at no out-of-pocket cost with a medical referral for patients with an AHCCCS plan.
