Indigenous Wellness Program

The Indigenous Wellness Program consists of Diabetes Prevention, Wellness Warriors, Indigenous Wellness Camp and the Traditional Garden. The program provides culturally relevant education on prevention and the promotion of holistic wellness for Indigenous peoples in Maricopa County through a wide variety of classes and events.

Diabetes Prevention

NATIVE HEALTH provides diabetes counseling, education and support to patients with diabetes and their families. Weekly Diabetes Workshops are also available that focus on healthy living.

The NATIVE HEALTH Wellness Warriors Program is for Native American children (ages 7 to 12 years old) and their families, who are interested in learning about healthy living.
