Recovery Services

At NATIVE HEALTH, we believe recovery is like the ocean’s tide- steadily rising with strength, renewal, and resilience. Our program offers a safe, supportive environment where individuals can heal and grow towards lasting change.

NATIVE HEALTH offers individual and group substance abuse and addictions treatment:

Rising Tide Recovery- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

– Offered at NATIVE HEALTH Central and NHW Community Health Center
48 hours of sobriety is required for participation. 8-Week Program (72 hours). Self-referred treatment available. Court, Probation, and DCS ordered. Open to AHCCCS and self-pay clients. State of Arizona licensed.
NATIVE HEALTH Central– Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays | 4 p.m.- 7 p.m.

NHW Community Health Center– Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays | 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Substance Abuse Treatment Group or Individual Counseling services, based on need and assessment. 

DUI Education Services

• Must be court ordered and have completed DUI Screening- please bring court/screening paperwork to intake
• $50 intake fee will need to be paid at time of visit
• Classes are held Monday and Wednesday, 1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.,  on the third and fourth weeks of the month at NATIVE HEALTH Central
• Each class is $25, for a total of $100

All individual and group substance abuse and addictions treatment programs are open to all. NATIVE HEALTH is licensed by the State of Arizona and court ordered treatment is available.
