NATIVE HEALTH Mesa is participating in the Arizona Department of Health Services COVID-19 Testing Blitz on Saturday, May 23, 2020, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at NATIVE HEALTH Mesa, 777 West Southern Avenue in Mesa. The testing will be done by drive through, so please use the South Cherry Street entrance off of West Southern Avenue (see map). There are no out-of-pocket costs. To qualify, a person must believe he or she was exposed to the virus or who are not feeling well and make a commitment to self-isolate for several days while waiting for results. Symptoms of COVID-19 include cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat and/or new loss of taste or smell. If you are experiencing severe symptoms like shortness of breath, seek healthcare immediately. Positive cases will be asked to isolate for 7 days.
