Gardening 101

Join us on Wednesday, April 23 at 9:30 am at Semalulukut Community Garden for Gardening 101! We will be talking about the basics of gardening including planting seasons, which vegetables and herbs to plant when, soil types, seed starting, watering, compost, fertilizing, harvesting, annuals, and perennials. There will be much time in this workshop for Q&A’s, where we can explore any gardening questions attendees may have and learn with each other about ways to cultivate and care for our plants.

Each attendee will leave with a seed tray that they can plant with in-season seeds of their choice to bring home and be cultivated in their own gardens.
