Join the Wellness Warriors for an afternoon of mindful movements on Tuesday, June 24 and Wednesday, June 25 at VIRTUALLY via Zoom at 1:00 p.m.! Learn to practice mindfulness and move your body with breath work. Learn why movement is essential for your body and receive a small gift when participating in both classes.
Youth will receive a mindfulness journal.
