NATIVE HEALTH Wellness Warriors invites the whole family for a group walking session on Saturday, March 23, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Mesa Riverview Park. Participants will learn how walking is significant amongst close tribes in the past. Water and a snack will be provided.  Please wear active attire. Elder Talking Circle

March’s Elder Talking Circle will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at NATIVE HEALTH Central, 4041 N Central Ave, Building C – Phoenix. Facilitated by Roy Johnston, Traditionalist for Native American Elders 55 years and older. Elder’s will receive a free Wellness Kit. Wellness Kits consist of abalone shell, sage, cedar and sweet grass.
