Join NATIVE HEALTH’s Traditional Garden Program for Plants Take Care of Us: Cooling and Hydrating Plants Workshop Series on Thursday, June 4, Thursday, June 18, and Thursday, July 2, all from 5:30-7pm at NATIVE HEALTH Central, 4041 N Central Avenue – Phoenix!

In this series, we will explore the growing processes, cultural relevance, and the ways that plants can take care of our bodies during the summertime. In each workshop, we will make a cooling herbal drink and a snack that contains cooling and hydrating fruits and vegetables.

Those who attend every class will receive a free copy of “Southwest Medicinal Plants” by John Slattery.
