Prenatal Services
Prenatal services are offered Thursdays, 8 a.m.-7 p.m. at NATIVE HEALTH Central, 4041 N. Central Avenue, Building C, in Phoenix, through Valleywise Health. AHCCCS, private insurance, and the Discount Program are available.
Services include:
- Pregnancy testing
- Prenatal care
- Childbirth classes
- Prenatal lab work
- Non-emergency transportation within 15 miles of NATIVE HEALTH Central
- Case management
- 24 hour provider consultation
- Labor and delivery care
- Post-partum care
- AHCCCS application enrollment assistance
- Discount fee program application assistance
- Health Start referral (new mother’s program)
- Home Visiting Program and LAUNCH referral (for Native American families with children under 8, living off reservations in Maricopa County)
- WIC referrals
