Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) Division of Benefits and Medical Eligibility (DBME) is available at our NATIVE HEALTH Mesa location, 777 West Southern Avenue, Building D in Mesa – Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4 p.m. First come, first served. Please bring photo ID and any necessary documentation. Services provided include AHCCCS, SNAP, and TANF assistance and approvals.
