Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) Division of Benefits and Medical Eligibility (DBME) is available at our NATIVE HEALTH Central location, 4041 North Central Avenue, Building C in Phoenix – Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4 p.m. First come, first served. Please bring photo ID and any necessary documentation. Services provided include AHCCCS, SNAP, and TANF assistance and approvals.
