Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) Division of Benefits and Medical Eligibility (DBME) is available at our NATIVE HEALTH at Walupe Health Center location, 6725 South Priest Drive in Guadalupe, (pass the Pascua Yaqui Tribal Building) – Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–4 p.m. First come, first served. Please bring photo ID and any necessary documentation. Services provided include AHCCCS, SNAP, and TANF assistance and approvals.
