Free COVID-19 testing at NATIVE HEALTH

 |  News

NATIVE HEALTH has partnered with Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) to conduct free COVID-19 testing on Saturday, May 2, Saturday May 9 and Saturday, May 16, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at NATIVE HEALTH Central, 4041 North Central Avenue – Phoenix. The testing will be held outside the Central Avenue clinic for all three Saturday dates.

There is no charge for the test. To qualify, a person must believe he or she was exposed to the virus or who are not feeling well and make a commitment to self-isolate for several days while waiting for results. NATIVE HEALTH will offer testing to the first 150 people, or as long as we have supplies. To receive a FREE test please register online: https://www.nativehealthphoenix.org/covid-19-testing-registration-form/  or call (602) 279-5262.

Symptoms of COVID-19 include cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat and/or new loss of taste or smell. If you are experiencing severe symptoms like shortness of breath, seek healthcare immediately. Positive cases will be asked to isolate for 7 days.

Arizona’s Governor Doug Ducey has launched the coronavirus “testing blitz” as health officials have said widespread testing is an important pre-requisite to reopening businesses and loosening social distancing restrictions.
