Back to School Physicals at NATIVE HEALTH

Does your child need a back to school or AIA physical*? NATIVE HEALTH is offering free backpacks and school supplies for children and youth completing a back to school physical or AIA Physical at any NATIVE HEALTH medical provider, at any NATIVE HEALTH location. Back to school/sports physicals appointments are available during all appointment hours. Please call to make an appointment at any of our three locations:
