Holistic Healing with Tawny Gamboa at Central

NATIVE HEALTH is hosting Holistic Healing with Tawny Gamboa: Recovery Yoga, Sound Healing, and Meditation Classes, on Thursday, November 5, 2026, and every other Thursday, from 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. at NATIVE HEALTH Central, 4041 N Central Ave, Building C, 2nd floor conference room – Phoenix. Gamboa will guide participants through recovery yoga, meditation, and sound healing, helping them release trauma and achieve recovery.

Holistic Healing will also be held at NHW Community Health Center on November 4 and every other Wednesday, from 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Must be an established NATIVE HEALTH Behavioral Health patient. (For NATIVE HEALTH Central location only).
