NATIVE HEALTH is hosting a Beaded Lanyard Workshop on Monday, August 31, 2026, 12 p.m.-3:30 p.m., at NATIVE HEALTH Central, Building C, Main Conference Room 2nd floor in Phoenix. Join us for an afternoon of healing, beadwork, prevention, and community care in honor of International Overdose Awareness Day! During this workshop, Esther Nystrom of Bitterwater Design will teach participants a traditional beading technique to create your own naloxone carrier lanyard. Overdose prevention education will be shared while you create your carrier. This workshop is free to attend and all materials will be provided, including naloxone. All are welcome. Registration is required.
This event is hosted by NATIVE HEALTH’s Integrated Health and Outreach Program.
