NATIVE HEALTH’s Youth Resiliency Program is hosting Food as Medicine: Blue Corn Cooking Demo, on Friday, September 11, 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m. at NATIVE HEALTH Central (4041 N. Central Avenue, Building C, 2nd Floor Conference Room – Phoenix)! Learn how to make blue corn parfaits and about the historical and cultural background of blue corn. Youth will also learn the importance of self-care, mental health, and how cooking lifts the spirit.

Participants will receive FREE blue cornmeal, apron, and reusable parfait cup!

Open to Indigenous Families with Youth ages 11 to 24. A parent/guardian will need to be present if attendee is under 18.
