Conchas with your Provider

Do you have questions about hypertension or other health-related topics? NHW Community Health Center is hosting Conchas with your Provider on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. at NHW Community Health Center, 8800 N 22nd Avenue in Phoenix.

Stop by and enjoy FREE conchas and coffee and ask any questions you may have with our very own provider, Alice Mwanza, FNP.

Open to all. No registration required.
