Join NATIVE HEALTH’s Home Visiting Program for September Group Connection — “Barnyard Play with Puppets and Pals!” on Friday, September 18, 2026, 3-5pm at NHW Community Health Center, 8800 N 22nd Avenue – Phoenix.

Children will create farm animal puppets, play in a puppet theatre, sing-along, enjoy story time reading “Peek Inside the Farm” by Anna Milborne, and snack on healthy lunchables. In recognition of Healthy Aging Month, families will also enjoy healthy tea.

FREE program. All supplies provided. Registration is required. For families with children ages birth to 5.
