Cone-ect with a Provider

NHW Community Health Center is hosting Cone-ect with a Provider on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, from 1 a.m. to 1 p.m. at NHW Community Health Center, 8800 N 22nd Avenue in Phoenix.

Stop by and enjoy FREE ice cream with a topping bar and ask any questions you may have with our very own Family Practice Physician, Dr. Trinh! Dr. Trinh is trilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, and English. This is a great opportunity to have informal conversations with our provider about health topics, available services, and community resources. OES will also be on-site to help families apply for AHCCCS, TANF, and SNAP.
