Snacks, Chats, and Community Care at NHW

NHW Community Health Center is hosting Snacks, Chats, and Community Care on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at NHW Community Health Center, 8800 N 22nd Avenue in Phoenix.

Stop by and enjoy FREE snacks (fruit snacks, chips, granola bars) and ask any questions you may have with our very own Registered Dietitian, Rhiannon Worker, and Advanced Practice Provider, Kayla Rausch! We will also have FREE blood pressure readings, giveaways, and a health trivia game. This is a great opportunity to talk with our provider about health topics, available services, and community resources.
