NATIVE HEALTH’s Youth Resiliency program is hosting a Valentine’s Day Card Making Workshop and Healthy Relationships BINGO Night on Friday, February 10, 2023, 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. at NATIVE HEALTH Mesa, 777 West Southern Avenue, Building B in Mesa.

Spend an evening with us and have fun getting creative and explore what to look for in healthy relationships and the obstacles. Parent/Guardian must accompany youth under age 18.  This event will be in-person at NATIVE HEALTH Mesa. All supplies provided!

Parents, please be aware of your own comfort & children’s maturity level as the discussion topics will touch on current situations of youth, teens and young adults experience as they become interested in establishing friendships and relationships. The purpose of the event is to increase awareness of healthy self-esteem, encourage healthy relationships and provide skills to express needs when entering in friendships and relationships. The topics discussed are important for all teenage growth and development, however it’s important to understand if you and your child are ready to engage in these conversations. This event is meant to be engaging and fun, however, serious topics such as domestic violence, sexual assault, substance abuse and suicide prevention might be discussed at some point. Behavioral Health staff will be present at the event to offer support and resources as needed.
